弧形髋臼周围截骨术治疗成人髋关节发育不良
Curved periacetabular osteotomy for treatment of adult developmental dysplasia of the hip
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of curved periacetabular osteotomy(CPO)in the treatment of adult developmental dysplasia of the hip(DDH).Methods The 17 patients with DDH were treated by CPO(20 hips).The lateral center-edge angle(LCEA),Sharp angle and complications were recorded.The therapeutic effect was evaluated by Harris hip score and pain VAS.Results All patients were followed up for 8～66 months.At the last follow-up,Harris scores,pain VAS,LCEA and Sharp angle were improved than the preoperation(P＜0.01).The lateral femoral cutaneous innervation area was numb in 3 cases.Delayed healing of the pubic osteotomy surface occurred in 3 cases,1 case had superficial incision infection,there were no complications such as intra-articular osteotomy and major vas-cular and nerve injuries.Conclusions CPO has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of DDH,which can significant-ly relieve the symptoms of hip pain,and delay the progression of osteoarthritis.关键词
