Abstract

Aiming at the problems of low control precision,poor spraying effect and low fertilizer utilization rate of soybean leaf fertilizer,a real-time variable spraying control system for soybean leaf fertilizer was designed.Mainly included spec-trum sensor,special controller,control system,a variety of feedback signal sensor.The mobile controller taked the micro-control unit as the core,and adjusted the variable spraying control system according to the feedback information processing by incremental PID algorithm.The indoor bench test was builted to verify that the pressure regulating propor-tional valve increases the flow rate by about 2 times within the range of 0.2-0.4 MPa.Through the outdoor test,the pres-sure response time curve of the sprayer was obtained by collecting data,and it was verified that the hanging sprayer with variable spraying control system could realize real-time control of pressure and meet the adjustment time of the real-time variable spraying control system.The results can provide a theoretical basis for the development of variable spraying con-trol of soybean leaf facial fertilizer.
