摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of robot-assisted internal fixation of femoral neck system(FNS)in treating femoral neck fractures.Methods The 77 patients with femoral neck fractures were divided into two groups according to whether or not to use robot-assisted internal fixation:robot group(39 cases were treated with orthopedic robot-assisted FNS internal fixation)and traditional group(38 cases were treated with traditional method FNS internal fixation).The perioperative parameters,pain VAS and patient's satisfaction score at 48 h after operation,fracture heal-ing status were recorded.Results All patients were followed up for 9 months.The intraoperative bleeding volume,the pain VAS and the patients's satisfaction score at postoperative 48 h in the robot group were less(lower)than those in the traditional group(P<0.01),and the operation time in the robot group was longer than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).The 58 cases of fractures healed normally,the time was 3~4 months;the delayed healing occurred in 7 cases(17.95%)of robot group and 9 cases(23.68%)of the traditional group,and there were nonunion in 1 case(2.56%)of robot group and 2 cases(5.26%)in traditional group,there were no statistical differences in delayed healing rate and nonunion rate between the two groups(P>0.05).At the last follow-up,there was no necrosis of fem-oral head,except for 3 cases of nonunion,the other 74 cases could walk with partial weight-bearing.Conclusions For treatment of femoral neck fractures,robot-assisted internal fixation of FNS can improve surgical accuracy and mini-mally invasive procedures,reduce intraoperative bleeding and postoperative pain,and improve patient's satisfaction.
