Improvement of Potato Seeding Performance Based on DEM-MBD Coupling

针对播种所用的切块薯形状不规则、流动性差,导致充种困难、排种效果差等问题,在测定切块薯物料特性的基础上,对种勺取种过程进行仿真分析,阐明了加设偏心抬种装置可提高排种性能的机理.通过DEM-MBD耦合单因素仿真试验,分析播种转速、种层高度、偏心抬种装置转速的改变对排种性能的影响;在此基础上,以播种转速、种层高度、偏心抬种装置转速为试验因素,以排种器的合格指数、重种指数、漏种指数为试验指标,进行了二次回归正交旋转组合的台架试验,建立了 3 个指标的回归模型,并利用模型对排种器的工作参数进行了优化.试验结果表明:当播种速度为1.986 km/h、偏心抬种装置转速为 41.91 r/min、种层高度为 177.549 mm时排种性能达到最佳,合格指数为 91.21%,漏种指数为 2.02%,重种指数为 6.76%,满足马铃薯种植要求.

To address the problems of irregular shape and poor mobility of cut potatoes used for sowing,which lead to dif-ficulties in seed filling and poor seed discharge,a simulation analysis was carried out on the basis of measuring the material characteristics of cut potatoes,and the mechanism of improving seed discharge performance by adding an eccen-tric seed lifting device was clarified.On the basis of this,a quadratic regression orthogonal rotating combination bench test was carried out with sowing speed,seed layer height and eccentric seed lifting device speed as the test factors,and the pass index,heavy seed index and seed leakage index as the test indicators,and a regression model for the three indicators was established.The model was used to optimise the working parameters of the seed raiser.The test results showed that:the main order of the qualifying index of the seed raiser was the rotational speed of the eccentric seed lifting device,the seed layer height and the sowing speed;the best performance was achieved when the sowing speed was 1.986 km/h,the rotational speed of the eccentric seed lifting device was 41.91 r/min and the seed layer height was 177.549 mm.The qualification index was 91.21%,the omission index was 2.02%,the replanting index was 6.76%,meeting the require-ments of potato cultivation.
