摘要

Abstract

Discrete elements were used to simulate the stratification process of mixed grain particles with the same size and different densities under vertical vibration.The results show that the small density particles tend to move upward to form a single grain layer,while the large density particles and some of the small density particles stay below this layer to form a mixed state.Therefore,the corresponding evaluation index is proposed to quantitatively describe the delamination degree of the mixture,and the influence of the density ratio of mixed particles on the delamination velocity is discussed.Combi-ning with the theory of void filling and kinetic energy in the delamination of the mixture,the mechanism of density influen-cing delamination is analyzed.The results show that in the delamination process of mixed grains of different densities,the thickness of the single grain layer composed of small density particles increases and tends to saturate as the density ratio increases;the ratio of mixed layers to the total number of layers decreases and stabilizes as the density ratio increases;the delamination speed of particles increases as the density ratio increases,and the effect of density ratio on the delamination speed decreases when the density ratio is greater than 10;the denser particles are more active in the delamination process of the mixture,and the kinetic energy of the denser particles is greater than that of the less dense particles.
