Construction and Analysis of Load Testing System for Large Feed Rate Tracked Combine Harvester

Abstract
In order to provide a scientific and reasonable design basis for the transmission system design and power distri-bution of a large feed rate combine harvester,it is necessary to obtain the working loads of the main working components under different working conditions.This article taked the Julong 360 tracked combine harvester from Ward Company as a prototype(with a rated engine power of 128.5 kW and a feed rate of≥10 kg/s),and designed a load testing system for the tracked combine harvester based on the structural characteristics of the prototype.The load signals of the main working components were measured during field experiments,providing data support for the design of the transmission system and power distribution of the large feed rate tracked combine harvester.关键词
