摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the crushing effect of the vine and reduce the crushing energy consumption,this paper de-signed a vine crushing tool.Firstly,ANSYS Workbench/Ls-Dyna was used to simulate and analyze the crushing process of a single equal sliding cutting knife and the vine.The rotational speed of the tool shaft,the type of the blade and the equal sliding cutting angle were the influencing factors,and the orthogonal test was carried out with the specific energy consumption as the target.The optimal parameter combination was:the tool type was an arc-shaped serrated blade,the sliding cutting angle of the blade was 40°,and the rotational speed of the tool shaft was 800 r/min.Then the test platform was made to test the single equal sliding cutting knife.The test results were basically consistent with the simulation results.Finally,the whole crushing device was tested.The water content of vines,the rotation speed of cutter head and the gap between moving and fixed cutters were taken as the investigation factors.The response surface test was carried out with the specific energy consumption as the main optimization goal and the qualified rate of crushing as the secondary goal.The best parameter combination was as follows:the gap between moving and fixed cutters was 2.44 mm,the rotation speed of cutter head was 911.28 r/min,the water content was 52.02%,the specific energy consumption was 0.140 0 kW·h/kg,and the qualified rate of crushing was 97.531 7%.
