摘要

Abstract

On the basis of microwave drying of grain,the experiment of using ultrasonic pretreatment before microwave drying of grain was carried out.Ultrasonic intensity,pretreatment time and different loading qualities were studied,and SPSS correlation analysis was carried out.Experiments showed that when ultrasonic power was increased to 90%,the time required to reach the safe moisture content was reduced by about 27%compared with the grains without ultrasonic pretreat-ment.The pretreatment time of 10 min was more reasonable in terms of economy and energy consumption.The improve-ment of ultrasonic pretreatment on microwave drying efficiency would not be weakened by higher loading mass.SPSS correlation analysis showed that there were significant differences in grain moisture content changes with or without ultra-sonic pretreatment,and there were also significant differences in moisture content changes between different pretreatment times,but there were no significant differences in grain moisture content changes between higher loading mass.By fitting grain drying models,it was found that Henderson and Pebis models had high fitting degree(R2>0.97),which can effec-tively describe the rule of water variation with time during microwave drying of grains under ultrasonic pretreatment.
