弹齿式辣椒采摘滚筒的分析与试验
Design and Experiment of Spring-tooth Type Pepper Picking Roller

Abstract
With the continuous development of China's economy,the scale of pepper planting continues to expand,and the demand for pepper harvesting machinery is increasing.The picking roller is one of the main working assemblies of the drum pepper harvester picking table,which completes the picking through the high-speed combing of the pepper plants,in order to improve the harvesting performance of the pepper picking device,the pepper picking process was analyzed by force,and the kinematic analysis of the picking drum was carried out with the help of Adams software,which provided a reference for the design and manufacture of the pepper picking device in the future.The key parameters such as picking tooth structure and rotation speed were determined,the movement process of the spring-tooth was analyzed,the range of drum speed was determined through theoretical analysis,and the Box-Behnken test was designed,and the optimal parameter combination was 6.4 km/h,the preset tooth gap was 89 mm,the drum speed was 180 r/min,and the opti-mized value of pepper and breakage rate was 2.4%,which met the requirements of the industry.关键词
