摘要
Abstract
Offshore wind power plays an extraordinary role in the energy transition.Offshore wind power engineering has development trends of using up-sized turbines,deep water,and intensification,to reduce costs and increase efficiency.This paper presents the current status and future plan for domestic and international offshore wind power development,emphasizing the technical status from five aspects:environmental characterization,up-sizing,deep-water development,intensification,and disaster prevention and damage reduction,with a focus on the technical bottlenecks and challenges encountered during the development process.Upon the current domestic and international technical status and development need,the future development of offshore wind power in China are suggested in the end.关键词
