Comparative analysis and research on standards of forefront offshore wind power technologies between China and Europe

摘要

Abstract

Under the vision of'dual-carbon'goal,offshore wind power is an important direction for China's energy structure transformation,and the current frontier technologies of offshore wind power mainly include floating wind power technology,sea breeze hydrogen production technology and energy island field technology.This paper summarises the current status of technical standards between China and Europe in these three offshore wind power frontier technologies,compares and analyses the technical standards of China and Europe,and gives development suggestions applicable to China's offshore wind power frontier technologies.In the floating wind power technology,the Chinese and European standard system has its own characteristics;in the offshore wind power hydrogen production technology,China and Europe have not yet released targeted standards;in the field of energy island technology,China should learn from the relevant standards of DNV to study the formulation of the management policy of the energy island.
