Abstract
Focusing on the grouted connection segment of large-diameter pile foundations in offshore wind power structures,an in-depth analysis on the mechanical properties of this segment under complex loading conditions was conducted.The finite element method ABAQUS was used to simulate the stress distribution and deformation characteristics of the grouted connection segment with varying pile diameters under axial and bending loads.The findings of the research indicate that large-diameter grouted connection segments are subjected to more intricate stress states,exhibiting pronounced concentration of stress.By optimizing the layout of tubular legs and panels,adjusting the panel slope,and refining rib designs,the distribution of stress was effectively improved.Moreover,a novel structural design for the grouted segment was proposed,which exhibited a more uniform stress distribution and a marked enhancement in load-bearing performance,resulting in a 38.74%reduction in maximum stress compared to the original design.This study offers a scientific foundation for the optimization of grouted connection segments in offshore wind power large-diameter pile foundations,thereby contributing to technological advancements in oceanic engineering.关键词
