MOOC与Mini-CEX联合应用于本科实习护生外科临床教学中的效果观察
Combined application of MOOC and Mini-CEX in clinical teaching of surgery for nursing students

Abstract
Objective To explore whether MOOC and Mini-CEX(Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise)can enhance the autonomous learning ability,clinical thinking,and practical skills of undergraduate nursing interns in in clinical teaching of surgery.Method Convenient sampling was used to select 141 undergraduate nursing interns from August 2022 to April 2023 as control group;146 interns from August 2023 to April 2024 as observation group.The control group received traditional teaching methods,while the observation group received a teaching model combining MOOC and Mini-CEX.After the internship,the autonomous learning ability,clinical thinking,and practical skills of the two groups of interns were compared.Results Better autonomous learning ability(t=8.520,P<0.001)and clinical thinking(t=6.027,P<0.001),and higher score of practical skills(t=4.086,P<0.001)were observed in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching model combining MOOC and Mini-CEX helps improve autonomous learning ability,clinical thinking,and practical skills of nursing interns,and is worthy of promotion in clinical nursing teaching.关键词
