脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者"互联网+"延续性康复管理方案的构建OACSTPCD
Construction of"Internet+"continuous rehabilitation management program for patients with post-stroke dysphagia
目的 构建脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者"互联网+"延续性康复管理方案,为完善患者长期康复提供借鉴.方法 结合文献分析、纵向研究、质性访谈拟定方案初稿,采用德尔菲法对 18 名专家进行 2 轮函询,对方案条目进行修改并确定最终方案.结果 2 轮专家函询问卷回收率分别为 95%、100%;专家权威系数分别为 0.928、0.931;第 2轮专家函询后,各条目重要性的变异系数为 0～0.157;肯德尔和谐系数分别为 0.110、0.159(P<0.001).最终构建的方案包括实施机构、人员配备、关键环节、实施路径4 个一级条目、16 个二级条目、64 个三级条目.结论 本研究构建的延续康复管理方案具有较好的科学性和实用性,对规范脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的延续护理具有指导意义.
Objective To construct an"Internet+"continuous rehabilitation management program for patients with dysphagia after stroke and to provide reference for enhancing long-term rehabilitation of patients.Methods The draft of the program was formed after literature review,longitudinal study and qualitative interview.Two rounds of consultations were conducted among 18 experts with Delphi method,and the items were modified and the final program was determined.Results The response rate of two rounds of questionnaire was 95%and 100%;expert authority coefficient 0.928 and 0.931,and Kendall harmony coefficient 0.110 and 0.159,respectively,showing statistical significance(P<0.001).The final program consisted of 4 first-level items of implementing agencies,staffing,key procedure,and implementing paths,16 second-level and 64-third level items.Conclusion The continuous rehabilitation management program constructed in this study is scientific and reliable,which is of guiding significance to standardize the continuous rehabilitation nursing for patients with post-stroke dysphagia.
