脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者"互联网+"延续性康复管理方案的构建
Construction of"Internet+"continuous rehabilitation management program for patients with post-stroke dysphagia

Abstract
Objective To construct an"Internet+"continuous rehabilitation management program for patients with dysphagia after stroke and to provide reference for enhancing long-term rehabilitation of patients.Methods The draft of the program was formed after literature review,longitudinal study and qualitative interview.Two rounds of consultations were conducted among 18 experts with Delphi method,and the items were modified and the final program was determined.Results The response rate of two rounds of questionnaire was 95%and 100%;expert authority coefficient 0.928 and 0.931,and Kendall harmony coefficient 0.110 and 0.159,respectively,showing statistical significance(P<0.001).The final program consisted of 4 first-level items of implementing agencies,staffing,key procedure,and implementing paths,16 second-level and 64-third level items.Conclusion The continuous rehabilitation management program constructed in this study is scientific and reliable,which is of guiding significance to standardize the continuous rehabilitation nursing for patients with post-stroke dysphagia.关键词
