Abstract
The injection and production pipe is an important equipment for connecting energy storage salt caverns and ground power equipment.The injection and production pipe made by high-speed laser cladding technology has excellent corrosion resistance and relatively low price.In this paper,high-speed laser cladding technology is briefly introduced,and the quality control of the whole manufacturing process of laser cladding injection and production tube for compressed air energy storage in a salt cavern is comprehensively described in detail.From raw material control,type test to manufacturing process,the quality control and inspection standards of manufacturing process are emphatically introduced.It provides reference for effective quality control of laser cladding injection and production tube for compressed air energy storage.关键词
