Abstract
As the core of modern engineering project management,total quality management runs through the whole process of project planning,design,construction and delivery,aiming to systematically improve the quality level of equipment engineering projects by means of full participation,whole process monitoring and all-factor integration.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the profound connotation of total quality management,extends to the enterprise culture,team collaboration and supply chain management and other dimensions,and details implementation strategies through equipment project examples,such as the establishment of quality responsibility system,the use of PDCA cycle to solve problems,etc.,providing a set of specific and operable guidelines for the implementation of total quality management for equipment engineering project practitioners.关键词
