Optimization and application effect of handover checklist for patients transferring from operating room to anesthesia recovery room after general anesthesia surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the handover checklist for postoperative patients undergoing general anesthesia from operating room to anesthesia recovery room and explore its application effect.Methods Totally 140 patients who met the admission and exclusion criteria in anesthesia department were selected as research subjects.The control group used traditional handover checklist,while the experimental group the optimized checklist,which was completed in a"check and tick"manner,with handover time limited to within 5 minutes.The incidence of adverse events during the handover from operating room to anesthesia recovery room between the two groups was compared.Results The overall incidence of adverse events during the handover with the new checklist significantly decreased,showing statistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusion The checklist helps standardize handover process,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and improve the safety and efficiency of patient handover.关键词
