Abstract
The purpose of preliminary heat treatment for large forgings is to eliminate forging stress,prevent the occurrence of white spots,refine grain and uniform structure,which is to ensure the final heat treatment and/or cutting performance of forgings,meet the requirements of ultrasonic flaw detection,and conduct heat treatment in advance.Its purpose and process are different from performance heat treatment,and can not be simply cancelled or combined with performance heat treatment.Based on the case of forgings under supervision,this paper analyzes the reasons for the disqualification of forgings after the cancellation of preliminary heat treatment,and puts forward the treatment measures to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of similar quality problems in the follow-up supervision process.关键词
