Abstract
While the development scale of the PV industry continues to expand,quality problems in PV power stations occur frequently,which are closely related to quality control in equipment manufacturing processes.As the core unit of PV power stations,the quality of PV modules is particularly important.This article analyzes current situation and the common quality problems of PV modules,proposes key points for equipment supervision and quality control in each link of the PV module manufacturing process,explains in detail from factory inspection,material review,manufacturing stage control,and factory stage control,supervises and urges manufacturers to implement strict quality control measures,in order to improve the quality level of PV modules,ensure the power generation,safety,and reliability of PV power stations.关键词
