Abstract
Pumped storage projects are flourishing,and the corresponding pumped storage unit equipment often has various defects and quality problems in the manufacturing process due to the large number of components and complex manufacturing processes.How to address these defects and quality issues is crucial for the safe and stable operation of the equipment,as well as for cost control in equipment manufacturing plants.This article introduces a case of a defect in the main shaft pin hole of a pump turbine in a pumped storage project,analyzes the causes in detail,proposes solutions and quality control measures,summarizes the ideas and methods for handling equipment quality defects,and provides reference and guidance for the quality control of equipment components in pumped storage units.关键词
