摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the processing efficiency of CNC machine tool production,combined with the analysis of on-machine detection technology,a set of application in CNC machining in the machine measurement system is designed,including detection device hardware and software operating system.The processing condition of the product can be detected online at the same time.It verifies the system to ensure that the original operation efficiency under the premise of machine tool,realizes the processing accuracy increased significantly.It not only effectively reduces human error,but also greatly improves the overall processing quality and production efficiency.关键词
