Abstract
In order to further strengthen biodiversity conservation in Sichuan Province,this article focuses on the current legislative status of biodiversity conservation and analyzes the shortcomings of Sichuan Province in terms of insufficient awareness of the importance of biodiversity conservation,the need to strengthen biodiversity conservation capacity,the need to establish a sound mechanism for sustainable utilization of biological resources,and the need to improve the public participation system.From the perspective of the necessity of specialized legislation on biodiversity conservation,this article proposes the introduction of special regulations on biodiversity conservation in Sichuan Province from nine aspects,including promoting the mainstreaming of biodiversity conservation work,clarifying management mechanisms,and strengthening biodiversity conservation and sustainable utilization in key areas and fields,to provide support for promoting biodiversity conservation work in Sichuan Province and promoting harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.关键词
