Abstract
In order to improve the performance of energy storage participating in power grid frequency modulation,the characteristics of energy storage in optical storage power station are tested and studied.The AGC dynamic change command is designed to observe the adjustment speed,adjustment accuracy and response time of the energy storage system under the condition of step disturbance and continuous disturbance respectively.Furthermore,a comprehensive evaluation method of the frequency modulation effect of energy storage AGC is constructed to evaluate the response time,stability and efficiency of the energy storage system under different adjustment rates.The experimental results show that under the condition of fast load change,some frequency modulation indexes of energy storage exceed the standard limit,and different power regulation rates also have certain effects on the frequency modulation performance of energy storage.Finally,by using chromatographic analysis,the power adjustment rate with superior frequency modulation performance is selected,which lays a foundation and accumulates technical experience for energy storage to participate in optical storage combined frequency modulation in the later stage.关键词
