摘要

Abstract

Based on 4 scenes of high-resolution-3 radar image data before and after the No.2 flood in the Beijiang Basin in 2024,this paper uses a single threshold method to extract high-precision water body ranges in 6 key areas,and uses a multi-temporal change detection method to extract flood inundation.Range,combined with rainwater monitoring data from major river hydrological stations,the flood inundation situation is dynamically analyzed,and flood impact is analyzed using the kilometer grid data of disaster-bearing bodies of the National Natural Disaster Risk Survey.The results show that the flood inundation range extracted in this study is basically consistent with the measured water level data.The flood inundation situation in Yingde Urban area,Boluokeng temporary inundation area and Minjiang River flood storage and detention area of Qingyuan City is serious,and the population,GDP,and crops are greatly affected by inundation.The assessment results can provide scientific and technical support for flood inundation monitoring and impact assessment.
