Abstract
In order to ensure power supply and high-quality services during the Spring Festival,assist enterprises in scientific research and judgment,precise dispatch,and targeted efforts to ensure the safe and reliable electricity consumption of residents,this paper integrates power and communication data to predict in advance the spatio-temporal distribution of population movements on distribution network operation and impact on power supply services.Specifically,the first measure taken is to build a population data analysis model through communication data with"dynamic attributes"and power user electricity with"static attributes"to comprehensively reflect the trend characteristics of people flow;the second is to explore the typical characteristics of population movements such as returning home to visit relatives,scenic spots,and returning to work through the peak time of regional population,inflow and outflow,etc.;the third is to correlate typical station area loads with big data on population movements,discover the influence laws of returning population on load growth delay,load increment,work order demands,etc.,so as to better support the operation and inspection of power grid equipment,operation and maintenance of charging facilities,and the development of high-quality power supply services.关键词
