RESEARCH ON THE DESIGN STRATEGY AND PRACTICE OF CULTURAL TOURISM EXPERIENCE OF WISCO NO.1 BLAST FURNACE INDUSTRIAL HERITAGE

Abstract
The industrial construction history of Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation(WISCO)is an important part of the modernization process of China's industry in the new era.The No.1 Blast Furnace,now a representative red industrial heritage of WISCO,contains rich resources and values.Through on-site research and analysis of the current situation of the No.1 Blast Furnace,and by sorting out the scene carriers and user journeys to identify user pain points and understand their needs during the experience process,the five-level theory of user experience is introduced.Focusing on the specific application of industrial heritage scenes in cultural tourism experiences,design strategies for functional and information products are proposed.Then,starting from the digital touchpoints in the user journey,the"Wu Gang"digital mini-program is designed,relying on the scene and existing resources to enhance users'situational perception and interactive experience,providing new ways of thinking and practical methods for inheriting WISCO's red industrial culture and utilizing red industrial heritage resources.关键词
