Summary of the Best Evidence for Fertility Preservation in Patients with Endometrial Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To systematically search,evaluate and summarize the best evidence of fertility preservation in pa-tients with endometrial cancer,and provide a theoretical basis for medical staff to carry out fertility-sparing treatment in pa-tients with endometrial cancer.Methods:According to the'6S'evidence model,literature on fertility preservation in pa-tients with endometrial cancer was systematically searched from domestic and foreign databases,guidelines and professional association websites,including guidelines,evidence summary,recommended practice,systematic review and expert consen-sus.The publication date is up to December 2023.Results:A total of 13 articles were included,including 4 clinical deci-sions,2 guidelines,3 systematic reviews and 4 expert consensus.30 pieces of evidence were summarized from 10 aspects,in-cluding multidisciplinary team management,fertility consultation,applicable population,evaluation before treatment,treatment methods,pregnancy assistance strategies,perinatal management,follow-up guidance,termination crite-ria and recurrence prevention.Conclusion:The best evidence of fertility preservation in patients with endometrial cancer provides evidence for medical staff to carry out fertility preservation therapy in patients with endometrial cancer.In the application of evidence,medical staff should formulate an individualized fertility preservation treatment plan according to the patient s tumor treatment and the patient's fertility intention.关键词
