Abstract
Objective:To analyze the infection status and genotype distribution of human papillomavirus(HPV)in women in Zigong,in order to investigate the epidemic status of HPV infection and provide evidence for regional prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.Methods:Cervical mucus specimens of 25,549 female patients who met the inclusion re-quirements and treated in our hospital from January 1,2021 to June 30,2023 were collected,the HPV genotyping was car-ried out by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR,and the test results were statistically analyzed.Results:The HPV infec-tion rate was 22.75%,of which the single infection,double infection and multiple(triple and above)infection rates were 17.23%,3.58%and 1.94%,respectively.The infection rates of simple high-risk HPV and simple low-risk HPV were 13.07%and 3.30%,respectively.The infection rate of simple high-risk HPV was significantly higher than that of simple low-risk HPV(x2=1,621.566,P<0.001).The top five high-risk subtypes were HPV 52,16,68,58 and 51,and the in-fection rates were 6.62%,5.16%,2.69%,2.43%and 1.64%,respectively.The low-risk subtypes include HPV 6 and HPV 11,and the infection rates were 3.05%and 1.42%,respectively.The overall infection rates of HPV in 20-year-old,20-29-year-old,30-39-year-old,40-49-year-old,50-59-year-old and≥60-year-old groups were 32.22%,22.20%,20.12%,23.11%,26.97%and 34.88%,respectively.There was significant difference in age distribution(x2=148.669,P<0.001).Conclusion:The HPV infection rate of women in Zigong is high.The top five high-risk genotypes are HPV 52,16,68,58 and 51 in turn.The age distribution presents a'U'shape,with two peaks,the highest infection rate in the ≥60 age group followed by the<20 age group.HPV publicity and screening in this region should be strengthened.关键词
