实习护生逆境商和自主学习准备度与人文关怀能力的相关性
Adversity quotient,self-directed learning readiness and humanistic care capacity of nursing interns:a correlational study

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the humanistic caring ability and its influencing factors among nursing interns,providing beneficial insights for nursing education and clinical internship units.Methods:A total of 128 nursing interns from a university in Eastern Guangdong were selected as study participants using a combination of convenient sampling and random sampling.A questionnaire survey was conducted using the Caring Ability Inventory,the Nursing Education Self-Directed Learning Readiness Scale,and the Nursing Adversity Quotient Self-Assessment Scale.Results:The humanistic care ability of the nursing interns was at a moderate level,with a scale score of(186.46±19.30).Among them,female interns scored(186.07±18.30)and male interns scored(188.08±23.34).Statistical results showed a positive correlation between adversity quotient and humanistic care ability(r=0.26),as well as between self-directed learning and humanistic care ability(r=0.42).Multiple regression analysis further revealed that adversity quotient and self-directed learning together explain 27.5%of the variation in humanistic care ability(R2=0.275).The calculated regression equation was:Humanistic care ability=87.61+0.43×Self-Directed Learning Readiness+0.24×Adversity Quotient(F=23.76,P<0.001).Conclusion:The humanistic caring ability of nursing interns is at an intermediate level.Self-directed learning and adversity quotient can serve as effective indicators for positively predicting the humanistic caring ability of nursing interns.关键词
