基于CiteSpace的国内生殖专科护理研究热点及趋势分析
Exploring research hotspots and trends in reproductive specialty nursing in China through visualization analysis based on CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective:To comprehensively analyze the research status,hot topics,and development trends in the field of reproductive specialty nursing in China,aiming to provide guidance for clinical practice and scientific research in reproductive nursing.Methods:Bibliometric analysis and the CiteSpace visualization tool were used to systematically analyze reproductive care-related literature from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure database spanning from January 1,2000,to December 31,2023.Results:A total of 965 relevant papers were screened.In terms of temporal distribution,the number of publications in the field of reproductive nursing peaked in 2019 but has declined in the past three years.Although the journals publishing these articles were of average quality,a core group of authors has emerged.Keyword clustering analysis revealed seven main clusters.After excluding keywords directly related to the subject,the three most frequently occurring keywords were"psychological care","nursing interventions",and"anxiety".Conclusion:The current level of research collaboration in the field of reproductive specialty nursing needs to be further strengthened to promote the production of high-quality research outcomes.Research hotspots and trends focus on the management of infertility patients'psychological states,psychological interventions for negative emotions,and the enhancement of quality of life.关键词
