Development Level,Spatial Differences and Dynamic Evolution of New-quality Productivity
文章基于新质生产力高科技、高效能和高质量特征构建了包含3个一级指标、9个二级指标、32个三级指标的评价指标体系,运用熵权法对中国2012-2022年的新质生产力发展水平进行测度,并采用Dagum基尼系数、莫兰指数与核密度函数进行分类测度.研究发现:从发展水平角度来看,中国新质生产力发展水平总体呈平稳上升趋势,新质生产力区域发展水平呈现"东部>中部>东北>西部"的特征;从空间差异方面来看,新质生产力发展水平总体差异呈平稳扩大趋势,且区域间差异是总体差异的主要成因,区域间差异呈现"东-西>东-东北>中-西>中-东北>东-中"的非均衡空间格局;从动态演进层面来看,新质生产力发展水平存在显著的空间正向关联性,且关联性呈下降趋势;核密度估计结果显示,全国新质生产力发展水平不断提升且其差异表现为动态扩大趋势.
Based on the characteristics of high-tech,high efficiency and high quality of new-quality productivity,this paper constructs an evaluation index system including 3 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and 32 third-level indicators,then uses the entropy weight method to measure the development level of new quality productivity in China from 2012 to 2022,and finally adopts the Dagum Gini coefficient,Moran's index and kernel density function for classification measurement.The results are shown as follows:From the perspective of development level,the development level of China's new-quality productivity shows a steady upward trend,and the regional development level of new-quality productivity presents an"east>central region>north>west"pattern.From the perspective of spatial difference,the overall difference of new-quality productivity development level shows a trend of steady expansion,and the inter-regional difference is the main cause of the overall difference,and the inter-re-gional difference presents an"east-west>east-north>middle-west>middle-north>east-middle"unbalanced spatial pattern.From the perspective of dynamic evolution,the development level of new-quality productivity has a significant spatial positive cor-relation,and shows a downward trend.The results of kernel density estimation show that the national new-quality productivity lev-el is constantly improving and its difference shows a trend of dynamic expansion.
