文章针对数据处理过程中无量纲化方法难以选择的问题,首先,对无量纲化方法的效用进行统计测度,分别用分布特征改变量、变异特征改变量、差异信息损失量及信息损失速率来度量无量纲化方法的负面效用,用拉开档次和区分度来度量无量纲化方法的正面效用,用统计检验来判别无量纲化方法的有效性.其次,以无量纲化有效为约束条件,以负面效用最小或正面效用最大为目标函数,分别构建分布特征损失最小、变异特征损失最小、差异信息量损失最小、信息损失速率最小、拉开档次最高、区分度最高等最优无量纲化模型.最后,利用数值模拟实验来求解最优模型.结果表明,平移尺度或伸缩尺度的微小调整可能会对其效果造成巨大影响,使用时一定要慎重,不能完全凭借个人经验来进行方法选择;通过最优无量纲化模型可实现在消除指标间的量纲差异的同时,最大程度地保护指标内的有用信息,使其不受损失,从而提高数据处理的科学性;无量纲化方法效用的统计检验能在给定的置信水平下,准确判断指标间的量纲差异是否已被消除,防止数据的过度处理.

In order to solve the problem of difficulty in choosing the dimensionless method in the process of data processing,this paper first statistically measures the utility of dimensionless methods,using distribution characteristics change,variation char-acteristics change,differential information loss and information loss rate,respectively,to measure the negative utility of dimension-less methods,the scatter-degree approach and differentiation degree to measure the positive utility of dimensionless methods,and statistical test to judge the effectiveness of dimensionless methods.Secondly,with dimensionless effectiveness as the constraint condition and the minimum negative utility or the maximum positive utility as the objective function,the paper constructs the opti-mal dimensionless models with the minimal distribution characteristics loss,the minimal variation characteristics loss,the minimal differential information loss,the minimal information loss rate,the highest grade pulled open,the highest differentiation degree,re-spectively.Finally,the paper uses numerical simulation experiments to solve the optimal model.The results are shown as below:Small adjustment of translational scale or telescopic scale may have a huge impact on its effect.Therefore,great care must be paid in application,and the choice of method should not be based solely on personal experience.Through the optimal dimensionless model,the dimensionless difference between indexes can be eliminated,and the useful information in indexes can be protected from loss to the greatest extent,so as to improve the scientificity of data processing.The statistical test of the utility of the dimen-sionless method can accurately judge whether the dimensional difference between indicators has been eliminated at a given confi-dence level,and prevent excessive data processing.
