High-quality Development of Rural Finance Empowering Rural Collective Economy:Theoretical Analysis and Empirical Test

Abstract
On the basis of explaining the internal mechanism of rural collective economy driven by the high-quality develop-ment of rural finance,this paper uses the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2009 to 2020 to empirically analyze the impact of high-quality development of rural finance on rural collective economy.The results go as below:(1)The high-quality develop-ment of rural finance can effectively strengthen the rural collective economy,and the robustness test of substitution variables and endogenous processing supports this conclusion.However,the heterogeneity analysis results of the operation mode of"collective platform"and"group development"show that the phenomenon of"elite capture"still exists in rural finance.(2)The coupling co-ordination of"quantitative expansion"and"qualitative improvement"of rural finance is the deep reason for achieving high-quali-ty development of rural finance and empowering rural collective economy.Linkage effect test and comparative analysis have sup-ported this cognition.Therefore,we should pay attention to the coordination and synchronization of"quantity"and"quality"of ru-ral finance so as to promote the sustainable development of rural finance by innovating financial products and services,optimizing the form of financial support for rural collective economy,and effectively resolving the structural imbalance between rural financial supply and demand.关键词
