Abstract
By comparing the differences between NTN communication and ground-based 5G communication,this paper concluded that the random access of low-orbit satellite NTN should be studied.The problems and key technologies of NTN random access were deeply analyzed.A simple and easy to implement frequency offset compensation method for satellite beam-pointing sensing was pro-posed to solve the Doppler frequency offset problem of high dynamic signals.A real-time scheduling method of multi-point beam sub-region coverage was proposed to solve the problem of beam control for low orbit satellite access.A new idea of using reinforcement learning method to design access class barring factors was proposed to solve the random access congestion problem in low orbit NTN scenario.关键词
