摘要

Abstract

In order to learn the structural characteristics and influencing factors of intestinal flora of red deer(Cervus ela-phus),which is a national secondary key protected species,the captive populations in Jinan Zoo and Shijiazhuang Zoo were chosen as focus subjects.Non-invasive sampling technology was used,and 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing technology and bioinformatics analysis were proceeded to make comparison on intestinal flora characteristics between these two sample groups.The results showed that:① Common dominant bacterial phyla of two sample groups included Firmicutes,Bacteroidota,Spirochaetota,and Patescibacteria,while their common dominant genera included UCG-005,Rikenellaceae_RC9_gut_group,and Christensenellaceae_R-7_group;② The abundance of Firmicutes and Fibrinobacteria in Jinan sample group was significa-ntly higher than that in Shijiazhuang sample group.The abundance of UCG-005 in Shijiazhuang sample group was significantly higher than that in Jinan sample group;③ Significant intergroup differences were found in intestinal flora structure based on Alpha and Beta diversity analysis.The diversity of Jinan sample group was significantly higher than that of Shijiazhuang sam-ple group.Based on the above findings,it is preliminarily assumed that such intergroup variations in intestinal flora are mainly due to differences in food composition.
