Abstract
The tuyere adjustment is an important means in the lower part regulation of blast furnace op-eration.In order to promptly and accurately understand the distribution changes of the blast volume of blast furnace for different tuyere after the tuyere adjustment operation,a mathematical calculation model of blast volume and velocity for blast furnace tuyeres was built.By calculating the flow resistance ratio of the blast branch of each tuyere,and then calculating the flow ratio between each tuyere and any designated tuyere based on the flow resistance ratio,the blast volume and velocity of different tuyere can finally be obtained.The proposed mathematical model realizes the intuitive quantitative characterization of the opera-tion experience of the tuyere adjustment through analytical calculation,which can be used to calculate the blast parameters of the blast furnace tuyere offline or in real time,improve the accuracy of tuyere status monitoring.关键词
