Abstract
The defect characteristics and mechanism of shape defects of strip steel plate occurred in a cold rolling mill were studied.This paper analyzed factors related to plate shape such as plate shape detec-tion and roll system position accuracy,and determined that the parallelism deviation of the steering roll is the main cause of shape defects.By adjusting the parallelism of the steering roll,and the researchers pro-posed preventive measures for the position accuracy of the roll system,effectively controlled the problem of shape defects,reduced the risk of deviation of strip steel in subsequent processes.关键词
