Abstract
In view of the traditional manual railcar cleaning method,which has problems such as low efficiency,high labor intensity,and incomplete cleaning,this paper proposes an intelligent railcar cleaning system based on smart control and sensing technologies.This system comprises a mobile platform,cleaning system,lifting system,laser sensing system,negative pressure transport system,and electrical control system.The system utilizes laser sensing,negative pressure transport,electrical control,hydraulic drive,and computer vision technologies to perform efficient,intelligent,and eco-friendly railcar cleaning work.Practical enterprise validation results demonstrate that the system could effectively meet the corporate needs,achieve the aforementioned functions and improve railcar cleaning efficiency.关键词
