Abstract
In response to the drawbacks of the ABB tension measurement system for a certain continu-ous annealing line steel coil coating,such as the inability to calibrate remotely and the inability to obtain a-larm information in real time,the industrial network configuration technology was used to optimize the de-sign and solve the problems of the original system's closure and communication limitations.By modifying and optimizing the Profibus DP network connection,software configuration,and remote IO point signal distribution of ABB tension meter secondary meter PEEA112,remote zero calibration of the tension meter and real-time acquisition of alarm information have been achieved.These improvements have improved production efficiency,enhanced equipment control efficiency and stability,and achieved ideal control effects.Design and implementation of remote diagnosis and control for coating tension measurement sys-tem.关键词
