Research on Approaches of Talent Training in Vocational Colleges Driven by New Quality productivity
摘要
Abstract
The new quality productivity drives the reform of talent cultivation in vocational colleges,which calls for the cultivation of versatile talent talents owning digital technology and literacy,interdisci-plinary knowledge and innovative capabilities.To tackle current issues such as single-minded talent culti-vation goals,outdated major settings,and imperfect curriculum systems in vocational colleges,we propose cultivation pathways that integrate IT and OT,emphasize both hard and soft skills,and combine digitali-zation with skill development,aiming to improve the quality of talent cultivation and meet the development needs of the new form of productivity.关键词
