Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture of unblocking meridians and releasing spasticity on upper limb motor function and quality of life in patients with stroke sequelae.Methods A total of 62 patients with stroke sequelae diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 31 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture of unblocking meridians and releasing spasticity.The clinical effect,motor function(FMA)score,quality of life level,neurological deficit(NIHSS)score,TCM syndrome score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(96.77%)was higher than that in the control group(83.87%)(P<0.05).The FMA and quality of life scores of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The NIHSS score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Buyang Huanwu decoction and acupuncture of unblocking meridians and releasing spasticity has a good effect on the treatment of stroke sequelae,which can improve the motor function,quality of life,neurological deficits and TCM syndromes of patients,and has fewer adverse reactions and good safety.关键词
