摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effects of ginkgo diterpene lactone meglumine combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets on neurological function and antioxidant capacity in patients with acute cerebral infarction and convalescent cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 66 patients with acute cerebral infarction and convalescent cerebral infarction diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=33)and observation group(n=33)by random number table method.The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets,and the observation group was treated with ginkgo diterpene lactone meglumine on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,neurological deficit score,antioxidant capacity index[catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD),total antioxidant capacity(TAC)],quality of life(QOLISP)and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(93.94%)was higher than that in the control group(81.82%)(P<0.05).The NIHSS score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).SOD,CAT and TAC in the two groups were higher than those in the control group,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The QOLISP score of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo diterpene lactone meglumine combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction and convalescent cerebral infarction,which can improve the total effective rate of treatment,reduce the neurological deficit score,improve the quality of life level and antioxidant level,and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
