Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of citrate anticoagulation therapy in patients with continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT).Methods From July 2021 to July 2023,60 critically ill patients in ICU who underwent CRRT in Haibin People's Hospital of Binhai New Area,Tianjin were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium anticoagulation,and the study group was treated with anticoagulant sodium citrate solution.The effective rate of anticoagulation,coagulation indexes[serum fibrinogen(FIB),partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),prothrombin time(PT)],liver function[serum total bilirubin(TBil),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)]were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of anticoagulation in the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of APTT,TT and PT in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of FIB was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of TBil,ALT and AST in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Citrate anticoagulant therapy can effectively improve the anticoagulant efficiency of critically ill patients with CRRT,improve the level of coagulation index and liver function,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
