Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of proximal femoral anti-rotation intramedullary nail internal fixation in the treatment of femoral neck fracture combined with intertrochanteric fracture.Methods From September 2021 to September 2023,66 patients with femoral neck fracture combined with intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into conventional group and study group by random number table method,with 33 patients in each group.The conventional group was treated with dynamic hip screw,and the study group was treated with proximal femoral anti-rotation intramedullary nail internal fixation.The clinical operation indexes,postoperative recovery indexes,excellent and good rate of hip joint function recovery,hip joint function score,pain(VAS)score and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the conventional group,the surgical incision of the study group was shorter,the intraoperative blood loss was less,the operation time and hospitalization time were shorter(P＜0.05).Compared with the conventional group,the time of getting out of bed,weight-bearing and fracture healing in the study group was shorter(P＜0.05).Compared with 81.82%of the excellent and good rate of hip joint function recovery in the conventional group,the excellent and good rate of hip joint function recovery in the study group was higher,reaching 93.94%(P＜0.05).Compared with the conventional group,the hip function score of the study group was higher(P＜0.05),while there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups(P＞0.05).After 2 months of follow-up,there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the study group and the conventional group(P＞0.05).Conclusion Proximal femoral anti-rotation intramedullary nail internal fixation can promote the recovery of hip joint function in patients with femoral neck fracture and intertrochanteric fracture,reduce surgical incision,shorten operation time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,and shorten postoperative recovery time,and has high safety.关键词
