Abstract
Objective To explore the detection rate of colonoscopy on colorectal adenoma and its influencing factors.Methods A total of 67 patients with colorectal adenoma diagnosed in Yongxiu County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to August 2023 were enrolled in the study.Colonoscopy was performed to count the detection rate of adenoma,and the clinical data of patients with and without detection were compared.Logistic multivariate analysis was used to identify the influencing factors of the detection rate of colonoscopicadenoma.Results Among the 67 patients,51patients with colorectal adenoma were detected,with a detection rate of 76.12%,including 24 patients with tubular adenoma(35.82%),8 patientswith villous adenoma(11.94%),and 19 patients with mixed adenoma(28.36%).A total of 16 patients were not detected,accounting for 23.88%.There was significant difference in BMI,anesthesia scheme,intestinal preparation,cecal arrival,withdrawal time and auxiliary means between patients with and without detection(P＜0.05),while there was no significant difference in age,gender and time of insertion between the two groups(P＞0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that bowel preparation(OR:3.142,95%CI:1.346-8.607),cecal arrival(OR:3.371,95%CI:1.942-8.734),withdrawal time(OR:3.285,95%CI:1.342-8.843),and auxiliary means(OR:3.309,95%CI:1.287-8.905)were independent factors affecting the detection rate of colonoscopicadenoma.Conclusion Colonoscopy has a good detection effect on colorectal adenoma.Among them,bowel preparation,cecal arrival,withdrawal time and auxiliary means are all independent factors affecting the detection rate of colonoscopic adenoma.关键词
