高锰酸钾、康复新液及浓氯化钠联合应用对吻合器痔上粘膜环切术后患者的影响
Effect of Combined Application of Potassium Permanganate,Kangfuxin Solution and Concentrated Sodium Chloride on Patients Undergoing Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoids

Abstract
Objective To study the effects of potassium permanganate combined with Kangfuxin solution and concentrated sodium chloride on postoperative recovery of patients undergoing procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH).Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who were treated with PPH in the Yudu County People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(30 patients)and observation group(30 patients)by random number table method.The control group was given postoperative potassium permanganate(1∶5000)sitz bath,and the observation group was combined with Kangfuxin solution irrigation and concentrated sodium chloride external application on the basis of the control group.The wound healing effect,postoperative pain degree[Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)],postoperative recovery time(hospitalization days,postoperative pain time,wound healing time),bleeding incidence,edema incidence and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of wound healing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The postoperative VAS score(at rest and during activity)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The hospitalization days,postoperative pain time and wound healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of bleeding,edema and recurrence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of potassium permanganate,Kangfuxin solution and concentrated sodium chloride can effectively improve the wound healing effect of PPH patients,relieve postoperative pain,shorten the recovery time,and reduce the probability of bleeding,edema and recurrence.关键词
