Abstract
Objective To study the effective rate of loratadine combined with Yupingfeng granule in the treatment of chronic urticaria and its effect on clinical symptoms.Methods A total of 108 patients with chronic urticaria treated in Ji'an County People's Hospital from April 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=58)and observation group(n=50)by random number table method.The control group was treated with loratadine,and the observation group was treated with loratadine combined with Yupingfeng granules.The effective rate,recurrence rate,serum inflammatory factor levels[interleukin(IL)-4,immunoglobulin E(IgE),IL-8,interferon-γ(INF-γ)and IL-17],symptom improvement degree[maximum diameter score of wheal,number score of wheal,daily wheal attack frequency score,itching degree score and wheal duration score],and cellular immune changes[CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+]were observed in the two groups Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IL-4,IgE,IL-8 and IL-17 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the level of INF-γ was higher than that before treatment,and the levels of serum IL-4,IgE,IL-8 and IL-17 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the level of serum INF-γ was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of maximum diameter of wheal,number of wheal,number of daily wheal attacks,pruritus degree and duration of wheal in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of maximum diameter of wheal,number of wheal,number of daily wheal attacks,pruritus degree and duration of wheal in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD8+in the two groups was lower than those before treatment,level of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+were higher than that before treatment,and the levels of CD8+and in the observation group was lower than those in the control group,the level of CD4+CD4+/CD8+were higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Loratadine combined with Yupingfeng granules has a definite effect on chronic urticaria,which can improve the clinical symptoms and cellular immune function of patients,inhibit the inflammatory response of patients,and reduce the recurrence rate of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
