Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of Yiqi Shujin decoction combined with meridian massage on tcm symptoms and functional recovery in patients with neck,shoulder,low back and leg pain.Methods A total of 60 patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain admitted to Shangli County People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group(30 patients)and observation group(30 patients)according to random number table method.On the basis of routine treatment,the control group was treated with meridian massage,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Shujin decoction combined with meridian massage.The clinical efficacy,functional recovery[Clinical Assessment Scale For Cervical Spondylosis(CASCS score),Constant-Murley European and American shoulder joint score(C-M score),Japanese Orthopaedic Association score(JOA score),Lysholm knee score],quality of life(social,emotional,physical,physiological),TCM syndrome score(dizziness,shoulder and neck tingling,waist tingling,limb numbness,neck muscle tension),mental health status[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)]and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The functional recovery and mental health status of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the TCM symptom score was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Shujin decoction combined with meridian massage has an obvious effect on the treatment of neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain,which can significantly improve the functional recovery and mental health status of patients,improve the quality of life and traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of patients,and increase the satisfaction of patients.关键词
