Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Jianpi Shengxue decoction combined with Kirschner wire fixation in the treatment of patellar fracture and its effect on pain degree.Methods A total of 80 patients with patellar fracture treated in our hospital from January 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Kirschner wire fixation.The observation group was treated with Jianpi Shengxue decoction on the basis of the control group.The excellent and good rate of fracture,clinical rehabilitation index(swelling,pain,ecchymosis disappearance time),fracture healing time,VAS pain score,knee joint function(Bostman)score,complication rate,bone metabolism index[serum osteocalcin(BGP),serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP)]were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 85.00%of the control group(P＜0.05).The disappearance time of swelling,pain,ecchymosis and fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The VAS score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the Bostman score of the two groups was higher than those before treatment,and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 15.00%in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of BGP and ALP in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Shengxue decoction combined with Kirschner wire fixation can improve the excellent and good rate of treatment in patients with patellar fracture,reduce the degree of pain and the incidence of postoperative complications,improve bone metabolism indicators,shorten fracture healing and rehabilitation time,and improve knee function.关键词
