Abstract
Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine rubbing combined with routine rehabilitation nursing on pain symptoms and daily living ability of patients with lumbar fracture.Methods A total of 60 patients with lumbar spine fracture diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine rubbing combined with routine rehabilitation nursing.The pain score(VAS),lumbar function score(JOA),daily living ability score,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the VAS score of the observation group was lower,the JOA score and the daily living ability score were higher(P＜0.05).Compared with 16.67%of the incidence of complications in the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower,accounting for 6.67%(P＜0.05).Compared with 83.33%of the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher,reaching 96.67%(P＜0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine rubbing combined with routine rehabilitation nursing can promote the recovery of daily living ability of patients with lumbar fracture,reduce the degree of pain,reduce the incidence of complications,improve lumbar function and improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
